Q: I don’t understand how the process works. How does my purchase translate into a donation to help dogs in need?

A: Our aim is to make it simpler and easier than before for regular people to help dog rescues. When you purchase an item on our website, we make sure that this item is donated to our “shelter of the month”. You're essentially sending a gift to a shelter in need.

So, if we receive 10 orders for dog collars, 2 dog jerseys and 1 dog kennel, the shelter of the month will receive these items once all the month’s orders have been processed.

Q: How long does it take for my purchase to reach the shelter of the month?

A: Great question! We have to wait for all of the month’s orders to be processed and accounted for, but the shelter will receive the goods within the following month. That means, for example, that all orders placed during June, will be delivered to the June shelter of the month during July.

Q: Will I receive any physical items?

A: No, all orders placed are for items to be donated to the shelter of the month. We aren’t a pet store; we ensure that all products are delivered to the shelter, not the purchaser. Sorry for any disappointment! 

Q: Does Daisy Foundation issue tax certificates?

A: Not yet, but this is something that we’re investigating.

Q: Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

A: Yes, this should be automatically emailed to you shortly after your purchase.
