Great question! We have to wait for all of the month’s orders to be processed and accounted for, but the shelter will receive the goods within the following month. That means, for example, that all orders placed during June, will be delivered to the June shelter of the month during July.

No, all orders placed are for items to be donated to the shelter of the month. We aren’t a pet store; we ensure that all products are delivered to the shelter, not the purchaser. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
